1) How do I place an order?

You may place an order clicking the *Add to Cart* button next to the item you wish to order. Once you are done, you should click the *Checkout* button where you will be transferred to a page where all of the items you ordered will be shown. If it is your first time here, you must register a new account with us to proceed with your order. (The registration only takes 1-2 minutes). After creating your new account, you may proceed to confirm your order and make payments. (Full information is provided along the entire process)

 

2) Why do I need to register an account to place my first order?

By creating an account with us, you will be able to shop faster, receive updates on your orders status and keep track of all orders that you have previously made. It would be much more convenient for you. Besides that, it would also be much easier for us to recognise you as our Special Customer (if you have been making regular purchases with us) so that we will be able to grant you with exclusive, personalized privelleges such as free package shipping and customized Asian entertainment merchandise gifts.

 

3) What should I do after making my order?

Once you have submitted your order to us, you should make your payments as soon as possible so that we can proceed with the shipping of your items immediately.

 

4) How do I pay for my items?

You can make your payment online to us via PayPal. (Our system will automatically guide you on the payment process during the time when you are submitting your order form to us). We also accept other forms of payments (cheques, international bank transfers etc.) but for these form of payments, you will need to make a special arrangement with us first via email before placing your order.

 

5) Where can I check the live status of my order?

You can check the live status of your order by logging into your account.

 

6) When can I expect my items to arrive?

Upon receiving your payment, we will proceed with the stocking, packaging and shipping of your items immediately. You should be able to expect the arrival of your items within 14 days, depending on circumstances usually beyond our control.

 

7) Can I return any items?

Yes, but the items must be sent back the same condition it have been received. Upon receiving your items, you are given a *5 Days Checking Period* to ensure that all items that you have ordered have been received in good condition with no contents missing and free for any complications (CD/VCD/DVDs are perfectly readable etc.). Should there be any complications, you must immediately notify us during the that checking period to request for a change. 8) Are all items original?

Yes. All of our items available here are original and have been sourced from licensed regional and local distributors. All of our disc materials such as music albums and movies, contain holograms on its packaging as a security feature to ensure its authenticity. On top of that, all disc materials had also gone through stringent checks by the local government authorities and certified with an official label to further ensure its authenticity.
